Blue Diamond Atomics

Nuclear Infrastructure Development

We recycle used nuclear fuel and develop the reactor projects that use it.

America is planning a nuclear buildout. Every new gigawatt needs fuel and a site.

Electricity demand is climbing fast. Data centers, new factories, and electric cars all pull from the grid. U.S. generation set a record in 2025, and projections show demand up 25% by 2030 and 78% by 2050. Washington’s answer is four times more nuclear by 2050. Every gigawatt needs a permitted site and fuel.

The buyers are lined up. The supplier does not exist.

Reactor start-ups are competing for plutonium fuel for their new designs, and there is no market to buy it from. The Financial Times names newcleo and Oklo among the companies hunting for material it calls “rare as diamonds.” Almost nobody recycles. The FT counts France’s La Hague among the only reprocessing plants outside Russia. The United States has none. (Financial Times, Aug. 31, 2026.)

The fuel exists. America calls it waste.

About 95,000 tons of used nuclear fuel sit at U.S. reactor sites, and more arrives every year. Over 90% of the energy in that fuel is still in it, per the Department of Energy. The government already pays for the failure. Taxpayers pay about $2 million a day in damages because the government never took the fuel, according to Rep. Mike Levin. France recycles used fuel. The United States does not.

Blue Diamond Atomics solves this

  • Map pin icon

    Permit the sites. Now.

Blue Diamond Atomics finds the land, wins the site permit, and holds the site ready. A permitted site fits any reactor inside its licensed envelope. The buyer starts construction once its reactor design is approved, because the site work is already done. New builds skip years of approvals.

Buyers take the permitted site alone, or the full development.

    Develop the projects. Now.

Blue Diamond Atomics is the developer. We develop projects on third-party reactor technologies and supply the fuel. Utilities, data centers, industrial users, and reactor developers are all buyers.

The buyer chooses: take the permitted site and build with your own team, or have Blue Diamond Atomics run the whole project as developer.

    Recycle the fuel. Later.

Used fuel comes in. Blue Diamond Atomics recycles it by pyroprocessing, a DOE-developed technology. Reactor fuel, medical supplies, and valuable metals come out. Over 90% of the energy is still inside used fuel.

Their used fuel comes back to the plant.

Blue Diamond Atomics is based in Arkansas and works anywhere in the United States.

The regional focus is Arkansas and Oklahoma first, then Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Missouri.

Blue Diamond Atomics works with multiple reactor designs.

    Technology-neutral fuel

Recycled fuel is intended for fast reactors, the Gen IV designs on the market now. Blue Diamond Atomics supplies fuel to whichever succeed.

    Technology-neutral sites

A permitted site fits any reactor inside its licensed envelope. The buyer picks the design. The site is already approved.

    Many buyer types

Utilities, data centers, industrial users, and reactor developers. Each project we develop and every site we sell creates a customer.
