Brian Meadors

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Licensed professional nuclear engineer, former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer, and licensed attorney in Arkansas, Tennessee, and D.C. Fifteen years in advanced reactor licensing, including experience on the Vogtle 3 & 4 new nuclear builds. Authored Arkansas Act 707, commissioning the state's nuclear feasibility and siting study, and led that engagement.

James Hendren

ADVISOR

Ph.D. in Physics, University of Arkansas. Served 21 years as CEO and Chairman of Arkansas Systems Inc. (ARKSYS), a worldwide EFT fintech company later acquired by Euronet Worldwide. Manages multiple angel investment funds. Co-founded the Arkansas Venture Center. Served on boards of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and dozens of technology companies.

John Warmack

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Nationally recognized advocate for closing the nuclear fuel cycle. More than eight years developing a policy framework for commercial spent fuel recycling alongside state legislators and DOE national laboratories. Civil engineering degree from Missouri S&T. Co-developed structural engineering software. Led nuclear energy legislation through the Arkansas General Assembly.
