Brian Meadors

Licensed professional nuclear engineer, former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer, and licensed attorney in Arkansas, Tennessee, and D.C. Fifteen years in advanced reactor licensing, including experience on the Vogtle 3 & 4 new nuclear builds. Authored Arkansas Act 707, commissioning the state's nuclear feasibility and siting study, and led that engagement.

Ph.D. in Physics, University of Arkansas. Served 21 years as CEO and Chairman of Arkansas Systems Inc. (ARKSYS), a worldwide EFT fintech company later acquired by Euronet Worldwide. Manages multiple angel investment funds. Co-founded the Arkansas Venture Center. Served on boards of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and dozens of technology companies.
